PhD in Geological Science e hidrogeologyst, with 22 years of experience in the Water and Environment Sector. She has worked for Public Administrations and in the Private Sector (World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, European Union and entities in Angola and USA). In Spain, she has worked for different Hydrographical confederations, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Public Works, ADIF and in the City Council of Madrid.

Ismael Martínez Martín

Researcher at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He has worked on designing and building energy self-sufficient projects with a technology that allows maximizing energy efficiency.

Fernando Leal

Industrial engineer at UPM University specialised in Industrial Organisation and “European Energy Manager” qualification. He has a broad national and international experience in consultancy and project management related to renewable energies, conditioning and energy sustainability. He has worked for various companies, among them, ETB (Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá S.A.), Repsol, Iberdrola and Ibertasa.

He has obtained diverse recognitions in festivals of shorts and advertising.
